We have two beautiful locations in downtown Chicago. One is located in the Loop and one in River North. Our bright, open, and positive design makes our spaces a great option for team meetings, group dinners, parties, special events, and concerts! We have seating for 55 at our Loop location and 24 at the River North Location but are happy to clear the space if you have another set up in mind. We have even had groups bring in high-top tables for networking events where light appetizers were catered by our team. We can and have hosted over 85 people at the Loop location and over 35 people at our River North location for events in the past.
Since we are a restaurant, we are always happy to work with you to put together a food and beverage plan for your event. Please review our catering menu at order.brightwok.com. We also can customize the catering menu based on any dietary restrictions or specific requests you have for your event.
Other General Notes:
- We are BYOB, so alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought in at no additional charge. As a perk of renting our space, we do not charge a corkage fee.
- For the majority of our events, we ask all participants to place trash in proper receptacles (trash, compost, recycling) and we will take care of the rest of the clean up.
- No smoking or pets.
- Our for-here or togo bowls, plates, utensils may be utilized for your catering order for your event. We also have provided staffing for specific events as well, so feel free to request if you’re interested.

“I can’t praise this venue enough! Not only was it perfect for our wedding shower with “Future is Bright” on the wall and it’s roomy, clean and fun atmosphere, but Jeremy, Giuseppe and the others on the staff are incredibly helpful! They met with me several times prior to my event and always tried to be as helpful as possible suggesting different things I could borrow from them. Jeremy was there the day of the event in the back room and was so helpful during set up and clean up. He even came and took a group picture for us. In addition their food is so healthy, fresh and wonderful! He also does not care if you bring your own food and drink. My cohosts and I kept commenting to each other how flexible and helpful he is!
